When did you last feel a feeling instead of thinking it? Thinking about a feeling is not the same as feeling it.
The Flatline · there's a name for it

Flatline.

This is what happens when you bury feeling long enough. It all goes quiet.
The bad and the good, together.
You can't bury one feeling without burying all of them.

This isn't anger waiting to explode. It's everything switched off.

Grief and joy land the same. No rise when it should lift you. No ache when it should break you. Just flat.

You go through the motions. You look fine, and most people have no idea. Saying you're fine is just the habit now.

You didn't fail at healing. You went numb because at some point feeling wasn't safe, so a younger you shut it down to survive. That wasn't weakness. It was the smartest thing you could have done.

But you're not in that time anymore, and the shutdown that saved you is now the thing standing between you and your own life. You can't think your way out of it. You've understood it for years, and nothing moved. I know it too.

The Flatline doesn't live in your head. It lives in your body, and the body is the only place it changes.

"I don't just relate. I was exactly where you are. I lived in it for twenty years"
Try it, right now

How am I feeling, in this moment?

Not the first words that come. Not the answer you'd give to others. Really, underneath.

Wait a second longer than you want to. Notice what's actually there.

If the honest answer is some version of…

I don't have a clue

…then you're exactly who this work is for.

Charla guiding a session
Who this is for

You built a career helping others feel what you can't feel yourself.

You're the therapist, the yoga teacher, the breathwork facilitator, the bodyworker. The one everyone leans on. You hold space of real depth. And you go home feeling nothing.

1

This is you if…

You feel everyone in the room. Ask what you feel, and the search returns nothing.

You've masked your whole life. Reading rooms to stay safe. Told you were too much, or too sensitive. You learned early that feeling got you in trouble, and no one ever gave you permission to start again.

You've named every pattern you have. Years of therapy, trainings, courses, and not one of them has changed how you feel.

You feel drained around people, even the ones you love. You've never let yourself call that a need.

Rest comes with guilt. You stop, and your mind starts running a million miles an hour.

You think you're too self-aware to be helped. All that work, and you still ask: what's wrong with me? That question is the last thing the numbness has left.

Naming was what you learned to do instead of feeling. You're not a fraud. You're the one the numbness hid from best

2

This work will ask something of you.

Not for calm alone. This goes into the anger and the grief, not away from them.

Not about masking. You won't be asked to make yourself easier to work with. That's the part that costs you knowing what you feel.

Not a fix. There's nothing in you to fix. My work holds you in your body while you feel what's yours.

Not therapy or crisis support. If you need clinical care right now, get that first. This work will still be here when you're ready.

Not fast, not painless. Years of numbness won't move in a weekend. Hard is not the same as unheld.

Not for staying sorted. You've built your identity on being the one who's already done the work, the one who holds it together for everyone else. This asks you to not be, for a while.

Calm is what you already have. It's what's costing you everything. That's a comfortable place to live, and nothing changes there.

It's no accident you chose this work.

You became a professional feeler, because feeling for others was the closest you could get to feeling at all.

Nobody can spend a life masking, reading every room before they walk into it, turning everything they feel into what everyone else needs, and still know what they feel.

Most of the women in my rooms are neurodivergent, and almost none of them knew before they got here. I never had a diagnosis either, and I never needed a letter to know. I don't diagnose you. I work at your pace, in your body, and I ask nothing of you that you have to become someone else to give.

If any of this is landing while you're in crisis right now, please reach out to someone who can help you first. This work will still be here when you're ready.

A taste of the work

Not to relax. To feel.

Place one hand on your heart.

Follow the shape as it grows and softens.
On the exhale, ask the same question every session starts with:
how am I feeling, right now? Not the first answer. What's actually here, underneath your hand

No app, no sign-up. Just you and your breath, right now.

Notice what you just felt, or didn't.
Either way, that's true, and it's exactly where the deeper work starts.

The ReWild Method

phasesThe way back to feeling alive in your own life.

Built with you paced by your body

Where your body is now. What it's ready for. Where you want to be. The journey gives us a structure to work from, and you are your own ReWild Woman inside it, more of what your body needs, less of what it doesn't. Your body sets the pace. We move through each phase slowly. Intentionally. With enough space for integration.

The Return to Rest, Without Guilt

Your body learns to slow down without guilt, panic, or needing to control it.

1

Understand Emotions Without Overthinking

The difference between what your mind says and what your body is telling you.

2

Allowing Sadness to Move Through You

The grief your body has held for years starts to move, safely and supported.

3

A Return to Play, The Foundation of Truth

It becomes safe to just be, without producing or achieving.

4

The Protector, Safe to Express

Protective anger. Not the explosion, not the collapse. Safe to express.

5

Intimacy as Truth, Open Without Losing Yourself

Desire stops being something you perform. Open without losing yourself.

6

The Embodiment of Pleasure, Truth, Peace

The work stops being something you do and becomes how you live.

7

Everything in this method is the exact path that took me from numb to feeling. Through grief. Through anger. Into desire. Into truth. Into being alive in my own body and my own life.

Inside each phase

The four-week rhythm.

You can't move what you haven't felt, and what you don't anchor doesn't stay.

Week one

See It

Breathwork and subconscious reprogramming. The pattern finally has a root you can see, which means it can have an end.

Feels like: finally knowing why, instead of guessing.

Week two

Feel It

Somatic movement. You find where it lives in your body, the locked jaw, the held hips, the breath you never finish.

Feels like: the tension finally softening, as space begins to open in your body.

Week three

Move It

Emotional release. This is where it leaves, the emotion your body has been storing finally moves out instead of settling back.

Feels like: the cry, the scream, the laugh that's been waiting for years.

Week four

Anchor It

Integration and play. This one holds, because it isn't a memory of what changed. It's living in your body now.

Feels like: stillness, pleasure and joy finally safe to keep, so what moved stays moved.

This is why it works where the retreats and trainings didn't.

Meet Charla

For most of my life, I felt nothing.

I built a life that looked like success from the outside. A design career, long hours, sixteen-hour days for an eight-hour wage, because over the years I'd learned that my worth was based on how much I achieved and how fast.

My whole life was a performance. High-functioning, capable, the strong independent woman who needed no one. Underneath it, I was numb. Grief and joy felt exactly the same. Holidays, views, the ends of relationships, moments that should have broken me open or lit me up, landed as almost nothing. That's nice, I thought. That was just life.

For years I told myself I felt deeply. I'm an empath, I feel everything. In London I was sure I had social anxiety, awkward around people, drained after seeing them, drinking to feel comfortable in my own skin. It took moving to the other side of the world to understand. The anxiety wasn't mine. I'd been absorbing everyone else's feelings and carrying them as my own. I was feeling everyone else, from my head, while my own body stayed numb.

The sensitivity I'd treated as a problem turned out to be a gift I didn't yet know how to hold.

My body found the door before I did. In yin yoga I'd start crying in a long hold with no idea why. Decades of held emotion, finally moving.

Somatic healing, dance, and emotional release were the missing pieces, the work that finally let me meet the youngest parts of me, the ones never allowed to be seen or to speak. That was where I met my anger. The fury of every boundary I'd let be crossed because I said nothing.

I'm not teaching you theory. I lived in the Flatline for twenty years, and everything in my method is the exact path that took me out. That's what I am for the women I work with, the protective anger no one in their house could model. The one who says I've got you, and means it, while they learn to feel again.

On the other side of rage was the most alive I have ever felt.

and that's exactly what I hold space for you to find.

The transformation

What actually changes.

Before

  • You feel a whole room of other people's emotions, and can't tell which ones are yours.
  • You rest, and guilt gets there first. You keep moving, because stopping means feeling exactly how long you've been like this.
  • You've achieved things most people don't, and you can hold the pride for about a sentence before it's gone, because it's sitting on a heaviness you've never let yourself feel.
  • You feel your wildness rise, and you pull it back around certain people. Years of that, and you're exhausted, still keeping the peace, still swallowing the no, still carrying it in your body.
  • You're in a relationship that looks happy, and you can't feel it. You're next to someone who loves you, and you feel almost nothing when they touch you.
  • You've felt yourself change before, more than once, and watched every change fade within a few weeks.
  • There's a fear you never say out loud: that you'll reach the end of your life and realise you were never actually there for any of it. You had all of it, and felt almost none of it.

Is this it?

After

  • You feel yourself in the room before you feel anyone else, and you can answer honestly when someone asks how you are. You know which feelings are yours, and which ones you carried in off everyone else.
  • You rest without earning it. Your hand stays still, and the guilt doesn't follow. You feel a calmness that is real this time.
  • The heaviness lifts, because the grief underneath it finally moved through your body instead of sitting there. Something goes well now, and you feel the pride land and stay.
  • The wildness comes up, and you let it. You stop shrinking around the people you used to shrink for. You say the no, and it holds. The anger stands between you and harm instead of turning inward, and the joy and the wanting come back with it.
  • You're with the same person, and you're in it now. You feel them, and you feel yourself being loved.
  • This time the change lands in your body and stays, because you finally stood still long enough to let it.
  • You are here for your life while it's happening, the relationship, the work, the ordinary Tuesday, inside it, feeling it, instead of watching it go by. You're not going to miss the rest of it.

You put yourself first, so that you stop being an option in your own life.

It feels so good to feel. It feels so good to be alive.

You are enough. You always were.

In their words

What women feel afterwards.

Thank you Charla for holding such a safe, nurturing, and powerful space. You created an environment where I felt safe enough to be seen, to be vulnerable, to unravel, something that has never come easily to me. You didn't just teach us practices, you embodied them. And that embodiment gave me permission to soften, to trust, and to finally exhale.

I had forgotten how healing it is to be deeply listened to, and how rare it is to experience the true balance between giving and receiving. I left the retreat feeling grounded, connected, and more at peace with myself than I have in a long time. What she does is magic. I will forever be grateful and never forget those 6 days under Charla's guidance.

Dear Charla, thank you very much for today's session. I felt very held and safe. Your spaceholding, your presence and guidance helped me to let go of control even more and remember my center. Reconnecting to MY center helped me a lot to find more stability and grounding within myself.

I've done a few breathwork and nervous system workshops before, but Charla's really stood out. She has a way of explaining everything that actually connects the dots instead of just using buzzwords. I'm pretty critical when it comes to these kinds of workshops, and I'd happily do another class with her.

It was full of continuous moments of revelation. I felt so safe that I almost forgot I was even there. A real shift happened and I left with so many embodied insights that I will carry with me. It felt like a part of me came home.

Start with ten minutes of not thinking.

This isn't a free download. It's the first phase of the method, in ten minutes. There's nowhere else to be.

Rest without guilt, for the mind that never switches off. Press play, close your eyes, and let your body have this time that belongs to it.

It's my voice guiding you, the way I would in a real session.

If it moves something in you, that's already the work. If nothing moves, that's honest too. This is a start, not a test.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

None of that failed. It was working in the wrong place. The pattern was never in your thinking, it lives in your body, where insight can't reach. Here you don't just See It, you Feel It, Move It, and Anchor It, so the change finally lands somewhere it can stay.

That question is the pattern. You've spent your life being the one who holds, and receiving will feel unfamiliar at first, maybe even wrong. That's exactly why this is a held container. You don't have to know how to receive. You just have to arrive. I've got the rest.

No. This is somatic mentorship, not therapy and not crisis support. If you need clinical mental health care right now, you need a different kind of help first, and this work will still be here when you're ready.

Yes. The containers run over weekly 90-minute Zoom sessions, with voice and text support in between. Most of the women I work with live far from Bali. In-person work is located there, when your path brings you here.

No experience needed. I guide you the whole way, and I'll always share contraindications beforehand, for example pregnancy, epilepsy, or heart conditions. Many of the women I work with are practitioners themselves. Many aren't. Your body sets the pace either way.

There's an optional pause between phases, for travel, work, or integration time. You have space to pause without losing momentum or connection. There is no forced timeline. There is only what's real and what's ready.

Open Instagram, go to @the.rewild.woman, and send one word: REWILD. That's all it is. One message, not a commitment. A conversation about where you are and whether this is right for both of us. If it isn't, I'll tell you. The truth, either way.
