My story

I teach this because it saved me.

For nearly two decades I lived with anxiety, depression, body dysmorphia and an eating disorder. From the outside I was coping. Inside, I was at war with myself — and it took hitting rock bottom to finally start listening.

I tried everything. What finally moved the pain wasn't another mindset hack — it was the breath, the body, and the slow work of meeting my own subconscious with compassion.

No experience needed — I guide you the whole way. Breathwork is gentle yet powerful; I'll always share contraindications beforehand (e.g. pregnancy, epilepsy, heart conditions or recent surgery), and we adapt to keep you safe and supported.

Absolutely. Breathwork, coaching and integration work beautifully over Zoom — many of my clients have never set foot in Bali. Embodiment and energy-based work is the part I keep in person or 1:1.

It's therapeutic, trauma-aware embodiment — about presence, self-trust and reconnecting with your body. It is never sexual. Everything is built on clear, ongoing consent and full confidentiality, and is only explored one-to-one or in person.
